Terms of Service

IN LIFE PROJECTS SL (trading as Outreach Ready), registered in Spain with CIF B67383232, provides a one-time paid setup service for cold outreach campaigns. By purchasing and using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Outreach Ready provides a one-time setup service. We:

• Guide you through connecting your outreach tools via a secure wizard
• Generate AI-written email sequences based on your ICP information
• Create campaigns in your chosen outreach tool (Lemlist or Instantly) using your own API credentials
• Deliver a permanent summary page with your setup details and guides

We do not manage, operate, or monitor your campaigns after setup is complete. Running campaigns, importing contacts, managing replies, and all ongoing outreach activity is your responsibility and is done directly in your chosen tools.

2. Payment and pricing

• All prices are in Euros (€)
• Payment is required before accessing the setup wizard
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• We do not store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe
• Introductory pricing is offered for a limited time and may change without notice

3. Refund policy

Due to the nature of our service (AI-generated content and manual setup work performed on your behalf), we do not offer refunds once the wizard has been completed and campaigns have been created in your tools.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents your setup from being completed, contact us at support@outreachready.io and we will work to resolve it or offer a credit.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining your own accounts with third-party tools (Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, etc.)
• Ensuring you have the right to use the API keys you provide to us
• The accuracy of the ICP information you provide
• Reviewing and approving the AI-generated sequences before they are deployed to your campaigns
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding cold outreach and email marketing in your jurisdiction
• Obtaining any necessary consents from the contacts you add to your campaigns
• Complying with anti-spam laws including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL where applicable

5. API keys and third-party tools

When you provide API keys from third-party tools:

• Your keys are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage
• Keys are used only to create your campaigns and sequences as part of the setup service
• We do not use your API keys for any other purpose
• You can revoke access at any time by rotating your API key in the third-party tool
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party tools or their APIs

6. AI-generated content

Sequences and copy generated by our AI (powered by Google Gemini) are:

• Suggestions based on the ICP information you provide
• Reviewed and editable by you before deployment
• Not guaranteed to achieve any specific outreach results
• Your responsibility once deployed to your campaigns

We make no warranties about the performance or effectiveness of AI-generated sequences.

7. Intellectual property

All content, code, and materials on outreachready.io are the property of IN LIFE PROJECTS SL unless otherwise stated.

The campaigns, sequences, and content created for you as part of the setup service belong to you once delivered.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• We are not responsible for the performance of third-party tools or services
• We are not responsible for any results (or lack thereof) from your outreach campaigns

9. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on outreachready.io point to third-party tools using affiliate or referral links. We may earn a commission if you sign up through these links at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools we actively integrate with and believe are suitable for our clients.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

11. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
